📦 Shipping Policy (Pakistan)

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

We deliver all across Pakistan with the following estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 100 – Rs. 300 (depending on location)
  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 3,000 (optional – you can change this)

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the parcel.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to track your parcel in real-time.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Phone not reachable

The order may be returned back. Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide:

  • Complete address
  • Correct phone number

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

8. Delays & Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays

We appreciate your patience in such cases.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide images/videos as proof

We will resolve the issue promptly.
